BAORUI Corp was established in May 2014 and is affiliated with the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council: (China) Commercial Credit Center. It is a pilot enterprise for parallel imported automobiles approved by the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China and the Dalian Municipal Bureau of Commerce, a pilot enterprise for used car exports approved by the Dalian Municipal Bureau of Commerce, an authorized new car modification and export enterprise approved by the Dalian Municipal Bureau of Commerce, a member of the China Automobile Dealers Association of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, and a member of the China Automobile Circulation Association.
